The Heywinkel-Group with their main office at Bramsche, Lower Saxony, counts amongst the leading manufacturers of technical textiles and systems & components for the automotive industry. Heywinkel Holding GmbH at Bramsche with the two independent companies Heyform Bramsche GmbH and Heyform Bramsche GmbH is the front-runner of the Heywinkel Group.
Heytex Bramsche GmbH with subsidiaries at Neugersdorf (Saxony) and in the People's Republic of China (Province Jiangsu) close to Shanghai produces high-quality coated and laminated technical textiles. The manufactured goods range from materials for trucks and other tarpaulins to technological premium products for biogas membranes, stadium roofing and more.
Founded in October 2010, Heycomfort GmbH combines the department Cabin Construction odf Heyform Bramsche GmbH with the know-how of schneider fahrkomfort gmbh - by bundling all the competences in one single company. On the company´s premises at Braunsdorf/Wilsdruff Heycomfort offers the whole world of cabin construction from one single source - e.g. steel engineering,airconditioning and complete solutions for driver cabins.
Up to 2007, Heywinkel was subsidiary of Wilhelm Karmann GmbH. Today, Heywinkel belongs to NORD Holding Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, guaranteeing sustainable development of the entire Heywinkel Group with their Evergreen Funds.
